Meet The Teacher

We look forward to seeing you on August 9th.  At this event, you will be able to find out who your teacher is and where your classroom located.  

You will be able to:

  • *Drop off  your supplies
  • *Explore your classroom(s)
  • *Meet your classmates
  • *Say hello to your teacher
  • *SIgn up for PTA
  • *Set up bus transportation arrangements and lunch information (media center)

For individual questions, the teacher will have a sign up sheet for parent conferences. 

Kindergarten through 2nd Grade teachers will be available between 10 am and Noon.

3rd through 5th Grade teachers will be available 1 pm until 3 pm. 

(Please note that teachers are only available at the above mentioned times due to trainings and meetings that they are attending the same day.)

Children are the stars in our world at Goldsboro Elementary Magnet School. Our academic program is designed to meet their needs and to set high expectations for learning. Throughout the state-of-the-art campus, our diverse student population participates in many magnet-specific areas including: a Math Lab, Bioscience lab, Engineering lab, five cutting-edge technology labs, and our award winning Kids Space Center. Through a curriculum focus of math, science and technology, we pledge to provide the highest standards of education to all students.
